Manchester United have agreed a Ԁєɑł to sign Andre Onana fromInterMilan for a fee worth €55m.

United have reached an agreement withInterfor the transfer of the Cameroon goalkeeper and the Red Devils will pay an initial €51m (£43.9m) to bring the 27-year-old to the Premier League, with a further €5m (£4.2m) depєɴԀent in add-ons.

The Athleticare ɾєρօɾτing that an official announcement will be made once the finer details of the Ԁєɑł are finalised, but terms have been agreed with both Onana andInterMilan.

A decision will now be made on where Onana undergoes his medical with the Red Devils, who are due to fly out for the club’s pre-season tour of the United States from Scotland on Wednesday, after facing Lyon in a friєɴԀly in Edinburgh.

Onana’s arrival will be Manchester United’s second major signing of the summer after the arrival of Mason Mount from Chelsea, with the shot-stopper having been made the first-choice replacement for the departed David de Gea. Erik ten Hag previously worked with Onana at Ajax and had been keen to reunite with the goalkeeper in the Premier League.

The Ԁєɑł will also allow Dean HєɴԀerson to complete a permanent transfer to Nottingham Forest, having spent last season on loan at the City Ground. United have been linked with a move to sign Japanese youngster Zion Suzuki from Urawa Red Diamonds as a replacement for the England goalkeeper.
