United set to bid for Bayern midfielder
United are interested in signingBayern Munichmidfielder Leon Goretzka, who will be moved on by the German giants if they signWest HamcaptainDeclan Rice.
A ɾєρօɾτ inSky Germanyclaims that part of Bayern’s ρłɑɴs to sign Rice would include moving on Goretzka. While United are interested in signing the West Ham star themselves, the ɾєρօɾτ adds they could instead turn to the German international as an alternative.
The former Schalke midfielder was substituted off in Bayern’s final game of the campaign having only been introduced earlier in the second half. Tuchel apologised to the player for his strategic move, but it was perceived as a clear indicator over how his future at the club is viewed.

Serie A says his goodbyes
Kim Min-jae has said his goodbyes to Napoli and Manchester United look set to activate his £51million release clause in July.
Kim, 26, has beenlinked with a summer switch to Old Traffordfor months despite only moving to Naples last year. The South Korean international enjoyed a tremєɴԀous campaign as he starred in the club’s remarkableSerie A title-winning campaign,but his contract contains a release clause which removes any negotiation process.
A ɾєρօɾτ inCalcioNapoli24outlined how Kim said his goodbyes to Napoli’s fɑɴȿ and his teammates in Sunday’s final Serie A game of the campaign – a victory over Sampdoria. The same ɾєρօɾτ claims Napoli were keen to keep the South Korean star but cannot compete with United’s financial package.

United’s ‘brand’ soars up the table
Manchester Cityhave been named as football’s most valuable brand after climbing aboveReal Madridinto top spot – but there’s a boost for United too.
The Old Trafford club have climbed five places from ninth to fourth with a 11 percent increase to £1.174 billion – moving ahead ofLiverpoolin the process. The two clubs can barely be separated, however. Liverpool have a brand increase of nine percent to £1.173 billion and drop one place down to fifth.
Barcelonalie third on the list. As for the remainder of the top-10, Paris Saint-Germain lie in sixth on £976 million, with Bayern Munich,Arsenal,TottenhamandChelseamaking up the highest brands.
