Manchester United ρłɑɴ to tie Facundo Pellistri to a new long term contract this transfer window.
A decision is due over the future ofFacundo Pellistri, who scored Manchester United’s final goal of pre-season with a late strike against Athletic Bilbao.
Pellistri was voted man of the match in the 1-1 draw, amassing more than 70 per cent of the vote.
His performance underlined his talent, and has raised the pressure on Manchester United to come up with a real ρłɑɴ for his development this season, and beyond.

Pellistri could sign on loan at FC Twente
Dutch side FC Twente are among the teams interested in signing Pellistri, they want to sign him on loan for the duration of 2023/24,Romanoɾєρօɾτs.
A move would be great experience for the Uruguayan international, Twente finished fifth in the Eredivisie last season and United assistantSteve McClarenpreviously managed there, with Ten Hag one of his coaches.
Pellistri is a star in the making, but United have to manage him properly. Over the past few seasons, he simply has not played enough games.
His previous loans at Alaves were inconsistent, and while he was pleased to make the leap and finally make his competitive Manchester United debut last season, he needs to play regular football.
His goal against Athletic Bilbao was an example of what he can do if given the opportunity. He also created United’s biggest chance, early in the game.
Pellistri has scored three pre-seasons in a row for United, and the club’s determination to lock him down to a new Ԁєɑł suggests the club are still committed to his future long-term, even if there is no immediate role for him as a regular starter.
