Manchester United’s pursuit of Andre Onana is seemingly on the verge of completion and the £43 million move for the Cameroonian goalkeeper could have ramifications for Dean HєɴԀerson’s future at the club.
That’s according toFabrizio Romano, which has been backed up by Chris Wheeler of theDaily Mail, who claims that Nottingham Forest and United will have another conversation this week over the signing of Dean HєɴԀerson.
Romano also claims that this is the next step of United’s goalkeeper ρłɑɴ.
After the signing of Onana, which is agreed according to Italian journalistAlfredo Pedulla, United will now allow HєɴԀerson to leave which could be the money needed to pursue their next target,Rasmus Hojlund.

HєɴԀerson out, Onana and Suzuki in?
Wheeler, from theDaily Mail, claims that Forest will now complete the signing of HєɴԀerson for around £20 million. Tom Heaton, who has beenlinkedwith a move to newly-promoted Luton Town, has signed a 12-month contract extension.
However, Heaton’s departure, according to the same ɾєρօɾτ, cannot be ruled out after United spoke to Urawa Red Diamonds goalkeeper, Zion Suzuki. The goalkeeper rebuild looks to be accelerating at Old Trafford, with De Gea’s contract running out, HєɴԀerson set to leave as well as Heaton, it could be United’s biggest revamp of the position in over a decade.
HєɴԀerson sale to fund Hojlund move
Romano has also claimedthat United will focus their attention on Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund. The signing of the striker, however, may come down to sales.
The hope will be that United could use the fee received for HєɴԀerson, which will go down as pure profit on the club’s accounts due to the goalkeeper being an academy player, to make a competitive offer for the Danish striker.
United’s transfer budget isɾєρօɾτedlyset at around £100-150 million, so sales could be crucial if United are to pursue the forward.
