Jude Bellingham is well and truly inReal Madrid. A month after confirming his move to the Santiago Bernabeu, the young midfielder is now part ofLos Blancoscamp that is looking to get the season started on the right note.
A week into training, Bellingham has already left many surprised in theReal Madridcamp with his attitude and mentality, ɾєρօɾτsAS.
Unlike any other player from the United Kingdom who has set foot in Madrid, Bellingham has shown a deep interest in learning the Spanish culture and the language. More importantly, he has gotten close with some of his new teammates.
Bellingham is particularly close with fellow new signings Arda Guler and Fran Garcia. He also shares a good rapport with some of the Spaniards, including Brahim Diaz. He referred to the former Man City starlet as his ‘little brother’ in one of his Instagram stories.
The Englishman is also close with Lucas Vazquez and Dani Ceballos. He has shown excellent rapport with these twoReal Madridstars andeven admitted that the former is helping him learn Spanish.
This bodes well forReal Madridmanagement, as they look to maximise the youngster’s leadership and mentality.
Bellingham’s early adaptation to theReal Madridsquad is indeed indicative of the player’s mentality – one of the player’s biggest assets.
With Toni Kroos and Luka Modric unlikely to continue beyond 2024, Bellingham’s leadership and his ability to gel with the team could prove to be integral for the future of theReal Madridmidfield.
However, Bellingham must justify his presence in the dressing room with performances on the pitch. He is expected to feature in some of the friєɴԀlies during Real Madrid’s pre-season tour to the United States, though he had beenstruggling with his knee problemearlier in the month.
