Since Neymar leftBarcelonafor PSG back in 2017, the Brazilian has been linked with a return to the Catalan club in almost every summer transfer window.
And, it is no different this time out either as ɾєρօɾτs of the 31-year-old PSG superstar being offered to the La Liga champions have been doing the rounds for some time.
Indeed, it was suggested back in June that Neymar was offered toBarça, but the club’s technical staff, including manager Xavi Hernandez,were uninterested in the move.
Only earlier this week ɾєρօɾτs emerged claiming that the former Santos wonderkid was once againoffered to Barcelona on loan as part of Ousmane Dembele’s move to PSG, but nothing came of it.

But with PSG and Neymar looking to part ways this summer,Fernando Polo of Mundo Deportivois ɾєρօɾτing that his services have once again been offered toBarcelona.
Neymar’s contract with PSG runs until 2025 and they are open to offloading him if a good offer were to come along.
As such, the Brazilian is being offered up to clubs, withBarcelonaonce again being given the opportunity to re-sign their former superstar.
However, the response from the club remains the same. Xavi and his staff appreciate the Brazilian’s qualities and know what he can bring to the table with his brilliance.
But, at the same time, theBarçastaff is unwilling to risk the family atmosphere that has been created within the dressing room.
After all, Neymar happens to attract controversies and the Catalans do not wish to risk harming the atmosphere and co-existence in the locker room.
Beyond that, it must also be noted that Neymar’s wages would be a major issue for theBlaugranaespecially at this time when they are battling to stay compliant with the Financial Fair Play solutions.
So, despite Neymar being offered again and again, a return is unlikely to materialise this summer.
