However, West Ham swiftly rєjєƈτed the bid as they continue to hold out for a three-figure sum for their star man.
Arsenal have already had two official bids rєjєƈτed forRiceand are now set to respond to Man City’s attempted hijack by placing a third bid.

Arsenal agreed personal terms with Rice
Arsenal have already agreed personal terms with Rice, who FootballTransfers understands is pushing to complete a move to the Gunners.
Bayern Munich pulled out of the race to sign Rice a few weeks ago when they learned that the 24-year-old wanted Arsenal over the German champions.
Rice is almost certain to leave West Ham this summer as his contract expires next year.
