Rolex has bɾօυɢҺt back yellow gold to the GMT-Master II line-up by introducing two new tasteful versions of the classic traveler’s watch atthe Watches and Wonders 2023. The material has been missing from the collection for quite a few years now. More importantly, the new references – 126718GRNR (yellow gold) and 126713GRNR (yellow Rolesor) – are worn on the Jubileebraceletwith a folding clasp and Easylink comfort extension link.
The Rolesor model combines yellow gold with stainless steel for a typicalRolextwo-tone look. Gold is used for the bezel, the crown, and the midlinks of the bracelet. Both models feature two-color Cerachrom bezel inserts in grey and black ceramic. Additionally, they get glossy black dials, with yellow gold applied markers and hands, all filled with Chromalight paint, along with color-matching GMT hand and GMT-Master II text with a golden hue.
Other than that, the two new yellow gold GMT-Master II variants are mechanically identical to the rest of the existing GMT model line. The case measures 40mm in diameter, while it features a sapphire crystal with cyclops, a screw-down crown, and a 100m water resistance. Powering the watch is the in-house caliber 3285 that offers GMT functionality and 70 hours of power reserve. The new GMT-Master II 126713GRNR is priced at EUR 16,300 (ɾօυɢҺly $17,500), while the new yellow gold 126718GRNR can be yours for EUR 38,500 (around $41,500).
