Till now, we’ve seen several different versions of Jacob & Co.’s jewel-encrusted Caviar Flying Tourbillon timepiece, adorned with precious and rare gemstones such as diamonds, sapphires, or rubies. However, the version created for Cristiano Ronaldo is in deep green as a nod to Saudi Arabia’s flag. While you may mistake the green gemstone for emeralds, it’s actually tsavorite stones. According to the watchmaker, tsavorite stones are 200 times rarer than emeralds, which makes the timepiece really special.
