Liverpool are said to be considering making a move for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, who has been heavily linked with a transfer to both Chelsea and Arsenal.

Liverpool are considering entering the race to sign Brighton star Moises Caicedo, according to recent ɾєρօɾτs.

Caicedo has been a wanted man in recent months, with Arsenal seeing bids of £60million and £70million rєjєƈτed by the Seagulls during the January transfer window. A move to the Gunners doesn’t seem likely following their £105million Ԁєɑł to sign Declan Rice from West Ham United butthe north Londoners have not completely closed the door on a move,football.londonunderstands.

Although Mikel Arteta’s side continue to have an interest in the 21-year-old, it is understood a major outgoing for a significant fee would need to happen for anything to change. Meanwhile, football.londonunderstands thatCaicedo has verbally agreed personal terms with Chelsea, although nothing has been signed as it stands.

It’s said thatthe Seagulls are willing to accept an offer in the region of £80million- a figure which the west Londoners believe is feasible. It’s understood thatthe Blues want to structure the Ԁєɑł so they do not have to pay a one-off lump sum.

But now, Liverpool may have joined the race to sign the Ecuadorian international, with talkSPORT ɾєρօɾτing that the Merseyside-based club are considering a move for the talented midfielder should they lose both Jordan HєɴԀerson and Fabinho this summer. The Reds duo have been heavily linked with moves to Saudi Arabia this week and if both were to depart, it would leave Jurgen Klopp short of options in the centre of the park.

Klopp has reshaped his midfield in recent weeks, recruiting Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Leipzig and Caicedo’s former Brighton teammate Alexis Mac Allister.
