Manchester United stake

United themselves have already spent big on midfielders, signing Mason Mount for a fee that could rise to £60million ($77m) and are low on budget. Whilst not a wօɾɾу for Arsenal, they would be partially opening the door for one of their rivals to strengthen.

They would take Rice over Amrabat all day long and are signing a player here with more quality and of a better age and stylistic fit to their squad, wօɾɾуing about their rivals is pointless. Having finished above Ten Hag’s men and outshone them for much of the season, their goals are higher up the table than simply finishing above United.
It is impossible to take into consideration repercussions that are potentially three transfers away when buying a player, no matter how much United may be willing a Ԁєɑł over the line.For now they can rest assured that Rice is on his wayand it is United that are looking over their shoulders in the market, not themselves.
Joao Cancelo hope remains
Arsenal could yet go back in for Joao Cancelo again this summer, according to transfer journalist Dean Jones. It is ɾєρօɾτed that the Manchester City full-back may well become an option for Mikel Arteta later in the window if he is still available.
Cancelo has been linked with Arsenal since his move to Bayern Munich on a suprise loan in January.With his time at the Etihad Stadium only briefly overlapping with Arteta, the player would not be seen as a priority incoming but could be pounced on if no other move emerges.
Bayern refused the chance to buy him at the єɴԀ of the season and given Pep Guardiola’s insistence that he leave City due to a falling out,it seems unlikely that the 29-year-old will be back in the fold anytime soon. Enter Arsenal?

Arteta may well fancy his chances at giving Cancelo a fresh start, though, and if this is the case then it could be one of the best signings there is.
