ArsenaldefєɴԀer Auston Trusty has been linked with a move to Championship side Ipswich Town. The USMNT centre-back is wanted by a number of clubs having impressed with Birmingham City last season.

Now, according to various ɾєρօɾτs, Trusty could be on the move sooner rather than later. The East Anglian Daily Timeshave claimed that Ipswich are keen on his services, as well as a number of players. The Guardian’s European expert,Nick Ames, has also claimed that the Gunners are in no hurry to conduct a Ԁєɑł yet.

It’s been previously suggested that Arsenal would demand around £2million ($2.5million) for the United States international. However, Trusty has previously expressed a desire to play in the Premier League. “As a player you want to play with the best, wherever that is,”he told Birmingham Live last month. “Right now the Prem is probably the best league in the world so that is obviously the goal for myself and my future.”

Ipswich know exactly what they would be getting from Trusty. Birmingham manager John Eustace heaped plenty of praise on the left-footed defєɴԀer, saying: “The way he has adapted has been exceptional as Auston didn’t know the Championship. He’s been a pleasure to work with, his training standards have been very high, he never misses a day, and I think he’s taken to the level quite easily.

“You can see he’s going to go back to Arsenal as a Premier League player.”
