Pictured for the first time, this is the superyacht that is set to eclipse all others.
Called Double Century, she has an incredible nine decks, will rise 88 feet above the water and at 656-feet long, she’s twice the length of a football field and 130 feet longer than the biggest superyacht around today, the Azzam, owned by the President of the United Arab Emirates.
Roman Abramovich’s Eclipse will also be put in the shade by Double Century, measuring a relatively meagre 535 feet.
A boat with these dimensions doesn’t come cheap, with Double Century, designed by the renowned Christopher Seymour, costing a cool $770million.
But this money will buy the new owner sophisticated luxury beyond compare.
The boat will be marketed thɾօυɢҺ yacht-brokers4yacht, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Mr Seymour believes his boat will herald a new era of ‘gigayachts’.
He said: ‘Double Century was created to be the next step in the evolution of gigayachts.
I want the concept to be something magnificent, respected and admired for what the vessel is, not because of who owns, built or designed her, but for her own merits.’
Abramovich’s yacht was completed in December 2010 and is the world’s third largest superyacht.
It requires 70 crew members to operate and features two helicopter pads, three launch boats and a mini-submarine.
When built, it took the title of world’s biggest private yacht from the Dubai.
This had taken the crown from the 452-foot Rising Sun, owned at the time by American businessman Larry Ellison, which in turn took over from the 413-foot Octopus, owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
This has room for two helicopters and has a mini-submarine.
However, Abramovich’s reign as the owner of the world’s largest superyacht was short lived. In 2013, the Emirati royal family knocked it off its perch with Azzam, which exceeded it in length by 54 feet.
At the time it was predicted – quite accurately – that this would trigger a new round of one-upmanship among the world’s super rich.
Longer than 12 double-decker buses, not only is Azzam the biggest superyacht, it is also one of the fastest.
The 94,000 horsepower vessel can reach speeds of more than 30 knots, or 35mph.
Double Century’s time at the top could be fairly limited, though.
A gigayacht called Triple Deuce is set to be completed by 2018 – and that measures a staggering 728 feet in length.
