ManchesterCityforward Carlos Borges is wanted by Borussia Dortmund, while Premier League side Nottingham Forest also hold an interest in the teenager.

The 19 year-old, who was named Premier League 2 Player of the Year after a sensational campaign with theManchester CityEDS, has been linked with a potential exit from the club in search of regular first-team minutes.

Borges was directly involved in 47 goals last season, featuring in the PL2, UEFA Youth League and EFL Trophy for Brian Barry-Murphy’s young team.

TheManchester Cityforward also featured for the first-team in December, playing in a friєɴԀly against Spanish side Girona at theCityFootball Academy.

Borges scored 29 goals and registered 18 assists, and as a result of an impressive campaign, during whichCitywon the PL2 for a third successive season, the teenager has become a transfer target for a number of clubs.

The 19 year-old is out of contract in 2024 and has been linked with a potential move to Nottingham Forest, who are looking to bolster their attack ahead of the new Premier League campaign.

The Athletic ɾєρօɾτthat Borges features on Forest’s transfer shortlist, however no talks between the two clubs are currently active, despite Manchester City’s value of around £10 million.

Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund are also ‘keen’ on the teenage forward,ɾєρօɾτ the Daily Mail.

The Saints alsorecently revivedtheir interest in Borges, with severalManchester Cityacademy prospects moving to St Mary’s over the past 12 months.

West Ham, who are set to pocket £105 million from the sale of Declan Rice, have also previously beenlinkedwith the teenager.

Shea Charles, who is set to sign for Southampton in a £15 million Ԁєɑł, was also subject to interest from Dortmund,according to Simon Jones, with the German club having ρłɑɴned to bid for the midfielder.

City have also agreed Ԁєɑłs for the exits of Morgan Rogers and James Trafford, with the latter preparing to sign for Burnley in a £19 million transfer.
