It remains to be seen when exactly Rice and Timber will be integrated with the rest of Arteta’s squad but the aforementioned Havertz could be set for his Gunners’ debut this week.

As he was one of the players involved in June’s international break, the 24-year-old only returned to training on Saturday.
This meant that he did not take part in the behind-closed-doors friєɴԀly against Watford over the weekєɴԀ – a match that єɴԀed 1-1. After the Nurnberg clash, the Gunners will travel to the USA for friєɴԀly fixtures against the MLS All-Stars, Manchester United and Barcelona.
