Oceancohas released the first interior images of its 105-metre superyachtH3following an extensive rebuild and 10-metre extension at her home shipyard.
Still officially known by her project nameH, the 2000-built yacht returned to Oceanco in October 2019 and emerged in January 2023 with a new look, including a brand new superstructure and a totally new interior byReymond Langton. She has also been bɾօυɢҺt up to new standards in technology, safety, capability, utility, and sustainability, according to the yard.
The yacht’s exterior has undergone significant modifications to modernise her lines and balance the extra length, with an additional deck added and the forward mast and distinctive wing structures on the aft part of her superstructure removed.
The interior configuration has been completely restructured to create a multi-functional, family-friєɴԀly layout. Key changes include the addition of a seven-metre infinity pool on the main deck and a beach club below.
In a ȿτɑτємєɴτ, Oceanco called the rebuild ofH3a first of its kind in the yachting industry. “[We have] seen commercial vessels converted into superyachts, and heritage yachts being returned to their original glory, but this is the first time a superyacht has been recreated to face the future as a wholly new, contemporary vessel,” said a spokesperson for the yard.
The owner’s deck was another major area of modification, with a private dining area for 14 and a lounge that can also function as a private cinema suite. There are two additional cabins on this level that promote the family-orientated theme, but when not in use as cabins, they can function as a beauty saloon and study. Elsewhere on this deck is a climate-controlled winter garden that can host up to 32 guests, which has been conceived as an entertainment-focused alternative to the more intimate lounge.
On the main deck, the yard has described a “dual staircase wrapping around the waterfall feature” ushering guests into the interior, where there is a welcome lobby with a bar. Video walls flank a corridor leading to the principal saloon. Alongside the two extra guest cabins and owner’s suite, there are a further six guest cabins on the main deck and a bridge-deck VIP.
Reymond Langton has used a light colour palette onH3, working with fiddleback sycamore, light taupe oak, and soft nubucks and leathers. Bronze and nickel detailing add contrast, while pops of colour and custom artworks provide “individuality and character”. The studio has also layered a number of marbles including Calacatta Vagli, Crema Delicato and backlit Quartz.
H3now has a sizeable sundeck with gym equipment, as well as a beach club that adjoins a wellness centre complete with a hammam, sensory shower, hair salon and massage and beauty rooms. A dive store is also on hand, and the sea can be easily accessed via the swim platform.
Oceanco has previously said it hoped to inspire other owners to consider a rebuild, pointing out that the process can reduce the overall construction time of the vessel by around a year. Oceanco’s CEO Marcel Onkenhout called the project “remarkable” and Dr. Barwani, chairman of Oceanco, commented, “It is a proud moment for me to see the completion of this transformation, having personally been involved in returningHto her birthplace for this ambitious project.”

H3began sea trials shortly after rolling out of the shed at the start of 2023. She is now back at the yard. According toBOATPro, Oceanco currently has two other projects under construction, including therecently-spotted Y722.
