Bernardo Silva moved toManchester Cityfrom AS Monaco in 2017 and despite being contracted with the Sky Blues until 2025, is one of several members of Pep Guardiola’s squad to be linked with a potential summer exit.

The midfielder played a crucial role inCitycompleting the treble, making 55 appearances and scoring twice against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League semi-final second-leg victory in May.

Silva has won 14 trophies during his six-years in East Manchester, winning the Premier League title on five occasions as well as the Carabao Cup, FA Cup, Community Shield and recently the illustrious Champions League.

The Portuguese international has been linked with a potential return to France, with Ligue 1 champions PSG considering a move for the 28 year-old as a replacement for Lionel Messi, who has agreed to join Inter Miami in the MLS.

City, who are likely be reluctant to sell the midfielder after losing Ilkay Gundogan and missing out on both Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice, could however struggle to meet the contractual offer tabled by the Saudi Pro League, as they hunt Silva’s signature.

The Middle Eastern league haveɾєρօɾτedlyoffered the 28 year-old a contract worth £800,000-a-week, a Ԁєɑł staggeringly five-times his currentManchester Citycontract.

The Saudi Pro League are furtherclaimedto be willing to pay a transfer fee of over £70 million for Silva, according to the Daily Star.

There had been suggestions of a newManchester Citycontract for the midfielder, although any new Ԁєɑł will be significantly less than the Middle Eastern offer, with Silva currently earning £150,000 weekly at the Etihad Stadium.

Riyad Mahrez and Joao Cancelo have also been linked with moves to Saudi Arabia, while departing club captain Gundogan also turned down an offer from the Pro League.

Silva’s international teammate Ruben Neves recently moved to Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League for £47 million from Wolves last month, while fellow Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo also plays in the league.
