Even thoughReal Madridhave already parted ways with four players this summer, there could be some more exits on the cards before the summer transfer window closes.

One of the players whothe Merengues are looking to offloadin the coming days is defєɴԀer Jesus Vallejo. The Spanish centre-half has hardly played under Carlo Ancelotti in the past couple of seasons and the club are keen to part ways with him.

But according to a ɾєρօɾτ from AS (h/tMadrid Xtra), Vallejo feels comfortable atReal Madridand prefers to stay at the club this summer.

The 26-year-old ace joined theMerenguesin 2015, arriving from Real Zaragoza before being loaned back to his boyhood club. He then had temporary stints with Eintracht Frankfurt, Wolves, and Granada but has been at the Bernabeu since 2021.

But game-time has hardly come his way during the last couple of campaigns atReal Madrid. Indeed, Vallejo has played just 12 times across the previous two seasons (8 in 2021/22, 4 in 2022/23).

It is clear that the Spaniard is not a major part of Ancelotti’s ρłɑɴs, with the manager already having Eder Militao, David Alaba, Antonio Rudiger, and Nacho Fernandez as his options at centre-back.

As such, it is understandable thatReal Madridwish to offload Vallejo. However, the defєɴԀer isnot contemplating an exit despite having offers. He still has two years left on his contract, which would see him complete a decade at the club and that is what the centre-half is aiming for.

So, it remains to be seen ifReal Madridtalk to him and convince him to move on this summer.
