Manchester Unitedhave been put off a move for Randal Kolo Muani due to his €100 million (£86m) valuation, according to ɾєρօɾτs.
Erik ten Haghas made the signing of a new striker one of his priorities for the summer window and several players feature on United’s shortlist.
Harry Kanewas initially made a priority targetbut United have pulled out of the running for the Tottenham striker due to Spurs’ £100m asking price.
According toThe Mirror, United have also held talks with Eintracht Frankfurt over a Ԁєɑł for Kolo Muani this summer.
However, the ɾєρօɾτ claims that United will not press ahead as the Bundesliga club are demanding a €100m (£86m).
Kolo Muani, who joined Frankfurt on a free transfer from Nantes last year, scored 15 goals in his first season in the Bundesliga.
ɾєρօɾτs in Germany claim Bayern Munich have also considered a move for the 24-year-old but, like United, consider him too expensive.
Bayern are now pursuing a Ԁєɑł for Kane,although their opening offer of €70m (£60m)has been rєjєƈτed by Spurs.
United, meanwhile, remain in talks with Atalanta over a Ԁєɑł for their Danish striker Rasmus Hojlund.
The 20-year-old, who shares the same agent as Ten Hag, has ɾєρօɾτedly already held talks with the United manager over a move to Old Trafford.
However, United are looking to bring down the cost of the Ԁєɑłas Atalanta are also demanding an £86m fee.
